GNO

Sometimes I miss the carefree ways of my old life, don't get me wrong I love being a mom but I do miss my once a week girls night out and the not having to plan and coordinate child care night out. My sweet yoga moms and I decided we all needed a night out, so we started the planning and after several emails and a few months later we FINALLY had a GNO and it was wonderful. We meet up at the dunedin smokehouse  had some yummy food, a few Wackos courtesy of magic hat brewing company  and some much needed girl talk. It is so comforting to know we all are going through the same things. Cheers to many more girls night out.

New Toy For Me

I finally got a new phone, a myTouch 3G, and I am having so much fun playing with it. I added the blogger app to it and I wanted to test it out. So excited to blog on the go, if I can figure it out!

Play Date

Mama-Baby yoga is one of our most favorite activities of the week. Every Tuesday we head to Yoga Village  for some much needed socialization, sharing and caring, and we also like to through in a little downward dog into the mix. I have said this before but we have made some wonderful friends from this class and it has been such a blessing getting to know the beautiful mama's and their babies. This past week after class we had a play date at Amy and Lilly's house. The little ones had such a great time playing, trying new food (way to go Miss Sophia) and splashing in the kiddy pool.

Tickle, Tickle

Tickling has become a major part of our daily routine, I just can't get enough of that amazing belly laugh and watching her throw her head back in a fit of joy and excitement. Seeing her eyes wonder..." is that mamma going to do that again, oh I hope she does, it is so much fun!" , is so adorable to me. So yesterday when we had one of our many tickle attacks  I wondered at what age did we stop wanting to be tickled. Children are running on an emotionally free playing field  all the time, they have no filter and that is one of the most beautiful qualities about them. When they are happy they let you know, when they are mad you hear about it and they do not care what people think of them! I have to say I am in complete awe of my daughter, how fantastic for her to live so freely like that and have not a care in the world, we should be so lucky to be able to express our true feelings and emotions like that. Loving everyone around her, soaking up all the love her world has to offer and always anticipating her next tickle time.

My little green monster

One of the first solid foods we started to give Everly was Avocado and she went to town. It didn't surprise me to much as it is one of my favorite foods as well.

Everly and her avocado adventure

I know it looks like she didn't get any in her belly, but she did.
